Our standard ink ball pens and refills are ISO 12757-1 accredited.

Part of Detectamet's range of detectable pens, the Elephant retractable pen is made in the UK using our unique detectable polymer.

Each component of the pen is metal detectable and X-Ray visible and is designed for the food safety industry to minimise risk of foreign body contamination from parts breaking off and entering the food chain.

As with all Detectamet's products, it's shatter proof and incredibly durable. To minimise wastage, our Elephant Pen can be filled with our detectable refill.
